It was made in New York in the 1980's and designed with tons of personality. It features dolman short sleeves, a classic slouchy 80's silhouette, a black sequin stretchy hem, and a button closing cut out at the back of the neckline. The fabrication itself may be the star of this show though! A double layer of a semi sheer, super slinky rayon fabrication was used. And it is adorned
