The high necked bodice has a layer under the front to suggest a corset while the back is left to be only covered with one layer of the dotted tulle

The jumpsuit ties at the neck and the jacket has a hidden velcro closure at the front top neck

It does do up all the way - it is a touch too small on my mannequin
