Incredible 1930s 30s Vintage Black Textured Summer Hat With Pleated Petersham Bow 25"-27" Both the top and skirtThis stunning hat was made from fine quality black textured straw in the 1930s. The texture is achieved through an embossed square design, which creates a wonderful detail. The hat is fashioned in a classic early to mid 1930s silhouette with a medium sized brim. The crown has been decorated with a petersham ribbon hat band which has been delicately pleated to adorn the front of the hat. Inside, the hat is lined in black silk but does not have any
