Deze geuze is een natuurlijk, ongefilterd bier dat na minimaal zes maanden bottelen spontaan hergist op de fles. Oude Geuze Drie Fonteinen is na botteldatum 10 jaar houdbaar in een stabiele, koele kelder. De Oude Geuze die bewaard wordt, wordt verzacht qua zuurgraad maar krijgt complexere smaaktonen.
