It's a superbly refined Pedro Ximenez dessert wine from the Valdespino family. A family that produces its sherries using traditional techniques and methods. The Valdespino family also still has oak barrels in which the sherries are aged. In total, Valdespino has approximately one hundred hectares of vineyards, including one of the region's most famous, the Innocente vineyard.
