This was from a USA 3340S though I think all the motors were common in these or other models with the power supply transformer being different

Still its a rare panel

Switches from the machine latching was if I remember under the black button momentary under the red

The 688 was really the flagship analogue portastudio amazing what the could get on 1/8 inch tape

You often see DA38s here go for 30-40 pounds for spares and repairs but of course you dont know whats wrong with it you may end

Tascam 238 motor MXN-13FB12F Style:small worm This was from a USAThis motor was from a Tascam 238 I am not sure if it was used in some other models as only saw this motor there, includes the worm drive, normally these are without the plugs on. I also have a version with a different gear on the end, I am not sure if they had made a different version of the 238 as it was in production for many years. I have listed that here but on its own, it may well have come from another machine.
